Members meet from October to June on the second Tuesday of the month in The Assembly Room, The Council House, North Street, Chichester PO19 1LQ. Our 9 lectures commence at 10.45am prompt and last about an hour. Coffee is served between 9:30am and 10:20am, giving members a chance to socialise, book tickets for Visits or Study Days. Members may bring a guest and waiting list members may attend, both by prior arrangement with the membership Secretary. A £5 donation is asked from all visitors. Up to 3 visits per year are permitted subject to seat availability. Members obviously take priority.

Study Days are also usually held in The Assembly Room sometimes on a different day of the week and at a slightly earlier start. These are ticketed events attracting between 35/55 members /guests or waiting list members. Free coffee/tea and biscuits are served beforehand.

Additional ticketed lectures are held in July and late November. These are very social occasions and are followed by a finger buffet in July. November is an evening lecture and is followed by a Christmas party.

A hearing loop is available and there is a lift for a wheelchair access. Seats may be reserved until 10:30am for members with mobility problems. You must ask the Membership Secretary in advance.
